SHIPPING
We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. LÈTAP is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
LÈTAP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
RETURNS
We accepts return requests within a 15-day window from the date of delivery, including opened products, to help ensure satisfaction with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@letapbeauty.com with your order details and photos of the item. Our team will assist you with a return or replacement.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
At this time, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. This ensures a secure and efficient fulfillment process.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for approved returns submitted within the 15-day return period. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
