Are Letap products vegan?
Yes, all Letap Beauty products are 100% vegan and formulated without any animal-derived ingredients.
Is Létap a cruelty-free brand?
Yes. Létap Beauty does not test on animals at any stage of product development. We are currently in the process of obtaining official cruelty-free certification.
What should I do if I order the wrong shade?
We’re happy to help. You may return or exchange your product within 15 days of delivery, even if it has been opened, to ensure you find your perfect match.
How do I know if I am selecting the right shade?

Are your products suitable for all skin types (oily, dry, sensitive, acne-prone)?
Yes. Our formulas are thoughtfully developed to be non-comedogenic and free from known irritants, making them suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin.
What tools work best with your formulas (brush, sponge, fingers)?
Our formulas are designed for versatility. While our Multi-Use Puff delivers an especially seamless finish, our products perform beautifully with brushes, sponges, or even fingertips depending on your preference.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You’ll also receive updates throughout the shipping journey so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.
How long is order processing?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days prior to shipment.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Can I make changes to or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
At this time, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. This ensures a secure and efficient fulfillment process.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
Can I return a product if it has been opened?
Yes. We accept returns on opened products within the 15-day return period to help ensure satisfaction with your purchase.
Do you have an affiliate program?

Can I purchase Létap in person?
Currently, Létap Beauty is available exclusively online.
