2. Build the foundation in layers until the desired coverage is achieved. The formula also works wonderfully with a damp sponge, a brush, or even your fingers.

Universal Loose Setting Powder:

1. Flip the puff to the other side, pick up some of the loose setting powder. 
2. Tap off the excess on the lid and set The Blurring Balm Foundation.
3. Reapply and touchup throughout the day as needed.
